This day I visited Washington DC (Capitol, Museums, National Library, Arlington cemetry and the Pentagon)

June 8 - Traveling

I flew from Washington DC to Los Angeles

June 9 - Anaheim (CA)

Disneyland

June 10 - Anaheim (CA) - Lake Havasu City (AZ)

I drove via I-10 and Rte 62 To Joshua Tree National Park. After visiting the park I went via Rte 62 and Rte 95 to Lake Havasu City.

June 11 - Lake Havasu City (AZ) - Williams (AZ)

I drove via Rte 95 and I-40 to Williams. In the afternoon I visited the Grand Canyon.

June 12 - Williams (AZ) - Kanab (UT)

In the morning I went again to the Grand Canyon. In the afternoon I drove via Rte 89 and Rte 89alt to Kanab.

June 13 - Kanab (UT) - Mt Carmal (UT)

I visited Bryce Canyon National Park.

June 14 - Mt Carmal (UT) - St George (UT)

I spend the day in Zion National Park.

June 15 - St George (UT) - Las Vegas (NV)

In the morning I drove to Las Vegas via I-15. After a visit to the Hoover dam I hit the casinos. No luck!

June 16 - Las Vegas (NV) - Bishop (CA)

I drove via Rte 160/372/178 to Death Valley National Park. After visiting the park I continued via Rte 190/136/395 to Bishop

June 17 - Bishop (CA) - Oakdale (CA)

I spend the day visiting Yosemitee national park.

June 18 - Oakdale (CA) - South San Francisco (CA)

San Francisco (Golden Gate Bridge, Golden Gate park)

June 19 - South San Francisco (CA)

San Francisco (Alcatraz Island, Fisherman's Warf, chinatown, Pier 43 and a ride on the cable car)

June 20 - South San Francisco - Monterey (CA)

I went to the Winchester Mystery house in San Jose and visited the Santa Cruz BoardWalk.

June 21 - Monterey (CA) - ?? (CA)

After a drive over the "Seventeen mile drive" near Monterey I drove via Rte 1 to ...well I don't rember where I drove to that day but I think it was somewhere near Santa Barbara.

June 22 - ?? (CA) - Los Angeles (CA)

The last day I visited some places in Los Angeles (NBC studios and Hollywood)

June 23/24 - Traveling

Back Home. During the flight from Los Angeles to Boston an engine caught fire and the plane had to make an emergency landing at Milwaukee airport. Due to that I missed my connecting fligth from Boston to Amsterdam so we where put on a flight to Frankfurt (Germany). From Frankfurt I flew with Lufthansa to Amsterdam
